Revolt RV BlazeX Launched to Compete with OLA Roster: Specs, Price & Features

Revolt has officially launched its latest electric bike, the RV BlazeX, aiming to take on the OLA Roster in the growing EV market. This new model follows the RV1, retaining its retro styling while featuring significant performance upgrades.

Design & Styling

The RV BlazeX continues the classic commuter bike aesthetics seen in the RV1. It sports a round headlight and a sleek yet functional design, appealing to urban riders looking for a stylish yet practical EV solution.

Performance & Battery

One of the major upgrades in the RV BlazeX is its 4kW motor, a significant jump from the 2.8kW motor found in the RV1. This enhancement allows the bike to achieve a top speed of 85 km/h.

Powering the RV BlazeX is a 3.24 kWh battery pack, providing an IDC-certified range of 150 km on a full charge. The bike supports fast charging and can charge 0-80% in just 3 hours and 30 minutes, whether using a fast charger or a wall-mounted charger.

Pricing & Availability

The RV BlazeX is priced at ₹119,990, which some industry experts consider slightly on the higher side. A more competitive price range could be ₹100,000-₹105,000.

Bookings for the RV BlazeX have already started, with manufacturing and deliveries scheduled to begin in March 2025.

Suspension & Braking

The bike is equipped with front telescopic suspension and dual rear suspension, ensuring a smooth ride. Additionally, disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels enhance safety and stopping power.

Technology & Features

The RV BlazeX comes with a 6-inch LCD console, offering smartphone connectivity through Jio1 GPS. This feature allows riders to track their bike and access real-time data conveniently.
