The iconic Maruti Suzuki WagonR has marked 25 years in India, with over 32 lakh units sold since its launch in 1999. This popular entry-level hatchback continues to hold its ground as a favorite, being the best-selling car in FY22, FY23, and FY24.

Maruti revealed that around 44% of WagonR buyers are first-time car owners, and nearly one in four customers returns to purchase the model again.
